Raised in a bilingual household, Maryandra holds an appreciation for worldwide culture, traveling, and learning about various traditions, faiths, and ways others relate to nature, and community.
Maryandra has a lifelong relationship with the creative arts (dance, visual art, theatre, song, poetry) as therapeutic forms as well as for visionary and intuitive channeling.
For six-plus years, she lived, studied, taught, and worked at a traditional Yoga ashram, where she was immersed in daily holistic practices and community lifestyle.
Her former managerial role as Program Coordinator trained her to efficiently run wellness-based workshops and retreats for over 10,000 visitors a year, supporting spiritual leaders like Krishna Das, Biff Mithofer, Sri Vasudeva, Erich Schiffman, and many more lovely teachers.
After 800-plus training hours in Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, as well as immersive trainings in Mesoamerican jungles and deserts, Maryandra focuses her personal practice and services on energy work (Advanced Reiki certified), ritual, and the art of connection.
She is a skilled, conscientious, and compassionate facilitator of sacred, transformational spaces. She is known for her tender strength, genuineness, and natural embracing care.
